UNDERGRADUATE STUDIES

• A neatly completed application form
• Higher or Secondary education certificates or equivalents (e.g. GCE A/L, WAEC/NECO)
• A pass mark in an English language proficiency exam: TOEFL (65 IBT) or IELTS (5.5). Students without these documents will take the CIU English proficiency exam on campus upon arrival.
• A scanned copy of the applicant’s international passport or birth certificate
• A well completed and signed CIU Rules and Regulations document (this document can be downloaded when applying online).

MASTER’S STUDIES

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Complete transcripts
• A pass mark in an English language proficiency exam: TOEFL (65 IBT) or IELTS (5.5). Students without these documents will take the CIU English proficiency exam on campus upon arrival.
• A scanned copy of Applicant’s international passport or birth certificate
• A well composed CV
• A well completed and signed CIU Rules and Regulations document (this document can be downloaded when applying online)

PHD PROGRAMS

• Bachelor’s degree, plus transcript
• Master’s degree, plus transcripts
• A pass mark in an English language proficiency exam: TOEFL (65 IBT) or IELTS (5.5). Students without these documents will take the CIUs English proficiency exam on campus following arrival.
• A scanned copy of Applicant’s international passport or birth certificate
• A well composed CV
• A well completed and signed CIU Rules and Regulations document (this document can be downloaded when applying online)
• An elaborate PhD research proposal.
